ATC Trustees (Guernsey) Limited
ATC Trustees (Guernsey) Limited are the trustees behind the Guernsey Retirement Plan - A QROPS offered by QROPdirect, via a joint venture distribution, service platform between Hansard Global plc and Global Investments.
Longevity
ATC Trustees (Guernsey) Limited s part of the ATC Group, established in 1893 and is now a leading global fiduciary group serving capital markets, alternative investment funds, international business and private clients. They are one of the oldest independent global trust companies in the world - they have a long history. Originally set up to act as a trustee of bonds issued by U.S. Railway companies and Russian oil corporations, ATC has evolved to its current form as an international services provider. Their growth has largely been organic, although in recent years ATC has made a number of strategic acquisitions around the globe.
International Scope
ATC has a well-established network of 17 international offices in leading, offshore financial centers: where the legal, regulatory and fiscal systems can benefit clients.
Independence
ATC has been management-owned ever since its foundation in 1893; we have no ownership interest by or in any financial institution. This independence allows ATC to select the financial institution of their choice to hold the assets within any ATC-managed structure. Their strategy is to retain independence via an expanded range of services and global capabilities, providing a genuine alternative for those clients that seek a bespoke, sophisticated and secure international service provider but do not wish to be tied to a major financial services group.
People
ATC's people are the key to their long standing relationships: experienced, responsive, resourceful, committed, enthusiastic, and at the same time likeable and ethical. Their collective expertise, together with commitment to innovation, enables ATC to understand and evaluate opportunities as they emerge, wherever they emerge; providing an ever-increasing range of tailored services and solutions to meet changing market conditions and specific expectations of the Trust.
This combination of longevity, international scope, complete independence and people reassures clients that ATC is stable, whilst also benefiting from the dynamism and flexibility that they contribute. These fundamentals are what separate ATC from many of their competitors; and the current global economic crisis only highlights how important these factors are in selecting a service provider.
ATC acquired its Guernsey office in 2005.

They have suitably authorized and regulated Trustee companies in the UK, New Zealand, IOM and Guernsey. These companies act as the trustee to each of the pension schemes in that jurisdiction and that company retains all compliance responsibility within the location.
A single administration team is provided by a specialist administration company which provides continuity between the various products on a general administration basis. This enables a seamless movement between any products and makes it easier for clients to be in multiple products at the same time.
None of the companies within the brand provide financial or investment advice and clients are only taken on through introduction by financial advisers.
